Leasing business was unnamed in our legal system for a long time, whereas it was present in other legal systems for several decades. In 2007, the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska adopted Law on Financial Leasing. There are new conditions regarding the persons dealing with leasing and the form of a contract. The aim of this paper is to analyse specificities of this contract, its important characteristics and legal relations.References
