The networked business model is a strategic necessity at the beginning of the 21st century. The new model of entrepreneurial behaviour and the global mega trend rely on finding a key competitive advantage and efficiency of the organizational network. Clusterization as a model of business networking has a huge impact and plays an important role, primarily seen as business connecting of small and medium enterprises and its joint market presence. In developing countries and countries in transition, small and medium size companies are underdeveloped and have lack of know-how, combined with shortage of human and material resources. These enterprises can be agents of development if they are mutually connected and if such bonding creates synergy effects. This paper contains research of efficiency and organization mode of clusters in B&H and their influence on position and development of the small and medium enterprises as well as contribution of the clusterization in integration of the small and medium enterprises from Bosnia and Herzegovina to international market.References
