If modern systems and organizations want to successfully cope with the increasing competition and the constant changes, it is necessary to allow the release of creative potential of employees by applying new principles in terms of human factors. Knowledge, skills and creativity must be favoured and that leads to the intellectualization of the total activity. Therefore, it is necessary to recruit, develop and retain human resources who are highly trained, motivated and dedicated to their work. Modern technology becomes available to everyone and a key factor for achieving competitive advantage in the future, will be knowledge and human potential.
