HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT

One of the basic dilemmas that modern organizations and their managements are now facing is how to have the employees organized and managed in the global environment. Achieving competitiveness in the global environment is what makes the field of human resources extremely important. The task of the human resources management is to make sure that the employees are effective and capable for working, in accordance with business policies and procedures, in a complex and variable environment. This study presents a review of the most important developments and global changes in the world economy. Depending on the level and form of the internationalization, the study explains the role and importance of the human resources management in a company. It also gives a general approach to the global assignment and sets the criteria by which a successful human resources management is conditioned and dependent on. The goal is to provide such an organizational framework for human resources development and management in a global context, that will lead, through mobility of the employees, towards competitiveness and successful achievement of a company’s business objectives.References
