SOURCES OF INFORMATION SUPPORT TO ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The paper examines the concept of information support to cost management, as well as the principle of decision-making on the ground of the facts based on analysis of data and information contained in financial reports. The starting point is that the facts are not known until the data and information are systematized and explained. Analyzing relevant data leads to the facts upon which decisions are made in order to reduce the risk of decision-making based solely on opinion (position) of the management. It also points out the importance and access to financial information, which is fundamental to making good and sustainable business and financial decisions, in terms of achieving targeted objectives. Finally, the paper gives a comment of the business as the relevant information document for the company management.
