A new approach to solving economic problems in the Republic of Srpska, in relation to current practice, should include significant changes in the way of doing business by enterprises and entrepreneurs. International market orientation should be the basis of that change, and economic problems of the Republic of Srpska can be solved only with adequate involvement in the international flows of goods, services and information. For a long time small, medium and large companies from all over the world have been trying to find a chance for their development and survival on the international market. Companies that stand outside the world or regional trade flows, at best, remain languishing on the domestic market without any great opportunities for progress and development. There are many reasons for non involvement in the regional and world trade flows. The most important reason of that is laziness of the enterprises, and fear of failure. The first can be ignored because it is not within the domain of this paper. Attention is paid to another problem, or how to overcome the perception of the international market as something unknown.References
