THE SYSTEM AND CYBERNETIC APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF A COMPANY AS AN ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEM

The survival of companies in the contemporary turbulent market relations crucially depends on sufficient knowledge and skills, especially of managers and professionals. That is why they have to know the rules of actions, behaviors and development of external and internal company environment. This knowledge is not attainable without the entrepreneurial research, and without the research there is no forecasting necessary to successful business of a company. This is about the typical management problem. In fact, without proper information support, guidance of a company, including planning activities, behavior and development of a company, is extremely risky. The changes in a company and its surroundings are so large that they require a whole transformation of a company, comprising also the change in entrepreneurial forecasting and planning. Since it is a complex issue, it is considered necessary to review it from the fundamental and information management aspects at the same time.References
