CONTRIBUTION TO CLASSIFICATION OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE CONSUMER’S BEHAVIOR

By pplication of systems-management approach this paper-work presents new contribution to classification of factors that determine consumer’s behavior. With respect to basic principles of general theory of the system, it analyzes factors of input, process and output which significantly influence and determine consumer’s final behavior. A consumer is observed both as a management system and a system that is being managed. A consumer is defined as an individual who, regardless of differences, covers categories of buyer, user, etc.References
