THE ROLE OF FEASIBILITY STUDY WITHIN INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES

The feasibility studies have been recently given great significance within pre-investment studies, analyses, expertise and projects. A proper and thorough feasibility study contributes to assessing the adequacy of big investment projects, multiphase projects, projects intended for several different purposes, connected and interdependent projects, high risk investments and projects financed from several sources. These studies present synthetic investment elaborates that unify and connect results of numerous previous investment researches and give opinion on possibilities and justification of the investment idea. The process includes the following phases: pre-investment study, feasibility study and technical documentation.References
