THE RELATIONSHIP OF GLOBALIZATION AND NEW ECONOMY

Abstract

Economic relations between countries are constantly exposed to the influence of micro and macro factors whose importance increases by the process of globalization and development of the needs and the necessity for introducing the new economy in these countries. Micro factors include leadership, change of the management style, the relationship between employees, self-evaluation, benchmarking, knowledge management and motivation for manifestation of potential of employees. At the macro level the prosperity of society as a whole is achieved along with the existence of cultural differences and similarities, with great technological leaps and visions, and the vulnerability of the environment, health and safety of people.The fact that the world globalization inaugurated the new economy. Compared to the traditional economy, where competition framework was largely determined by the limits of national markets, in the new economy, the global market environment imposes the need for continuous increase in efficiency at the regional or global level. Despite numerous shortcomings in the process of globalization, the fact is that this is an ongoing process with the rising tendency. In order to survive and associate to developed countries, each country must create a strategy of adaptation to new economic trends.
